5 Ingaredient Fudge

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon butter, divided
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 line a 9" square pan with foil; frease foil with 1 1/2 tesp butter.
  • 2 in large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and remaining butter, stirring after 1 minute and every 30 seconds thereafter.
  • 3 stir in milk and vanilla.
  • 4 spread into pan.
  • 5 refrigerate until firm.
  • 6 lift fudge out of pan. remove foil; cut into 1 inch squares.
  • 7 stor in refrigerator.
  • 8 topping:.
  • 9 this is optional.
  • 10 mix confectioners sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cocoa and sprinkle on top of fudge.
