Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 in a standard, microwaveable coffee mug, mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
- 2 add egg, milk and oil, mix well.
- 3 microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power. (contents will rise and set).
- 4 tip contents out of mug onto plate and enjoy!
