  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • melt the butterscotch chips and butter together in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). stir butterscotch chip mixture and graham cracker crumbs together in a bowl. press 1/2 the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • preheat an oven to 450 degrees f (230 degrees c).
  • stir the rice and 1/2 cup water together in a microwave-safe bowl. cover, and cook in the microwave on high for 6 minutes until the water is fully absorbed; set aside. while the rice is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef. cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. drain and discard any excess grease.

  • preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees f.
  • center one-fourth of asparagus on each sheet of foil.

  • cream the butter until light and fluffy.
  • in a large bowl, beat the egg whites to soft peaks. add the sugar gradually to the egg whites, beating all the while. add in the whipped butter. the frosting may clump at this point if the butter is at all chilled. don't worry, it just means that the frosting will require more beating. beat until smooth.
  • melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. cool slightly; the chocolate should still be fairly warm. beat into the butter frosting.
