Ingredients
- 300 g butter
- 380 g dark chocolate (60%)
- 150 g sugar
- 130 g flour (sifted)
- 7 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven at 425 °f (225 °c).
- 2 grease individual molds with butter.
- 3 melt chocolate in microwave.
- 4 mix ingredients: flour, sugar, butter room temperature, eggs, melted chocolate. bring all together with a whisk.
- 5 fill in all 12 individual molds, each should weight about 110 grams.
- 6 put inside oven about 6 minutes, until the top is just done. be carefull not to overcook.
- 7 take out of oven and put in a plate, unmold.
- 8 serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
