Chocolate Coulant

Total Time: 36 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 300 g butter
  • 380 g dark chocolate (60%)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 130 g flour (sifted)
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven at 425 °f (225 °c).
  • 2 grease individual molds with butter.
  • 3 melt chocolate in microwave.
  • 4 mix ingredients: flour, sugar, butter room temperature, eggs, melted chocolate. bring all together with a whisk.
  • 5 fill in all 12 individual molds, each should weight about 110 grams.
  • 6 put inside oven about 6 minutes, until the top is just done. be carefull not to overcook.
  • 7 take out of oven and put in a plate, unmold.
  • 8 serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
