Baked Chicken With Sun-dried Tomato Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon table salt, divided
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 3/4 cup water, boiling
  • 12 medium sun-dried tomatoes, without oil
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 mix wheat germ, 1.2 teaspoon salt and pepper and pour into a flat bowl.
  • 3 place beaten egg whites in another bowl.
  • 4 dip each piece of chicken in egg whites, then in wheat-germ mixture to coat.
  • 5 place pieces on baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 6 bake for 20 minutes, or until done -- this will depend on the size of the tenders.
  • 7 meanwhile, pour boiling water over sun-dried tomatoes and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • 8 put tomatoes and water, roasted red peppers (may sub pimento), vinegar and remaining salt in a blender and blend until smooth. taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9 heat sauce in microwave or sauce pan and pour over chicken.
  • 10 we prefer to serve the sauce on the side as a dip -- .

Cheesy Nachos(mircrowave)

  • 24 large tortilla chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 2 -4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 arrange tortilla chips on a 10 inch glass or paper plate. place remaining ingredients in a plastic bag. shake to mix. sprinkle mixture over chips.
  • 2 microwave at 50% medium for 3-8 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating plate 2-3 times during cooking.

Christmas-pretty Chocolate Bark

  • 2 (6 ounce) packages chocolate baking squares
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nut
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries

  • 1 melt the chocolate. chocolate is tempermental; do not use the microwave. it may harden in the microwave or develop a slight caramelized taste. instead, recommends chocolatier magazine, firm it up in the freezer, then grate it and melt in a double boiler.
  • 2 mix in the coconut, pistachios, and cherries.
  • 3 pour into a parchment-lined 9-inch square pan. refrigerate 1 hour until set.
  • 4 for a beautiful presentation, cut the bark into rounds with a 2-1/2 inch cookie cutter. or simply break into serving pieces.

Anti-mushroom Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans
  • 1 medium onion, slivered
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup cooking oil

Recipe

  • 1 stirring frequently, fry slivered onions in the olive oil till evenly dark colored.
  • 2 in microwave safe casserole dish, stir together can of cream of chicken soup and drained fried onions.
  • 3 microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • 4 add contents of can of drained green beans to casserole and stir together.
  • 5 microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • 6 stir in cheddar cheese.
  • 7 microwave 1 minute.
  • 8 the casserole is now ready to serve.

Cheesy Mexican Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar cheese whiz
  • 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 5 large chicken breasts or 10 -11 chicken tenderloins
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 2 cups rice (for 4 servings, increase as needed)

Recipe

  • 1 dice onions and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. in a large skillet, cook in the oil until the chicken is and fully cooked.
  • 2 chop the bell peppers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place in a large pot. mix in the chicken, cheese whiz, cream of chicken soup, and salt.
  • 3 cook on medium-low, stirring frequently, until mixture is heated through. it's ready to eat as soon as it's hot enough, but you may want to simmer it longer if you prefer less-crunchy pepper pieces.
  • 4 cook the rice. i find that 2 cups of water and 2 cups of rice need about 2-1/2 minutes in my microwave, then 2 or 3 more minutes to sit and steam.
  • 5 serve chicken/cheese mixture over rice. you can break up tortilla chips on top or use them to scoop it up.

Cottage Cheese And Cooked Fruit (baby/toddler)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 peach
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 peel peach, remove pit, and cut into pieces.
  • 2 remove hull and stem from strawberries and cut into quarters.
  • 3 place strawberries and peaches in microwave-safe glass dish. add water and cover loosely with lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap.
  • 4 microwave on high for 2 minutes. remove cover carefully and stir. if fruit is not soft, recover and heat for 30 seconds at a time until soft. let cooked fruit cool to lukewarm.
  • 5 place cottage cheese in bowl. pour cooked strawberries and peaches on top, including juices.

Chicken Spinach Pocket

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (uncooked)
  • 5 tablespoons margarine (1-tablespoon for greasing pan)
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 5 ounces frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 3/4 ounces laughing cow light swiss cheese (2 triangles)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, whisk the dijon mustard and honey together.
  • 2 dice up raw chicken breast into approximately 1 inch cubes.
  • 3 in frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine on high heat and add chicken breasts. cook the chicken until cubes are mostly and cooked through. put aside for later use.
  • 4 chop up mushrooms into small pieces. then place 2 more tbsps of margarine in frying pan and add the mushrooms. cook mushrooms for about 6 minutes on medium heat.
  • 5 meanwhile, place the frozen spinach in a microwaveable bowl along with water. cover the bowl and then microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  • 6 remove spinach from the bowl and drain. then dry the spinach using paper towels to soak up moisture.
  • 7 afterwards, place the spinach in the frying pan with the mushrooms.
  • 8 add garlic, 5 tablespoons of the honey mustard mixture and the chicken into the frying pan. cook ingredients while occasionally stirring for another 3-4 minutes. put aside until ready.
  • 9 grease baking sheet and then spread 4 crescent triangle-cutouts out on baking sheet after breaking them up into triangles. you need two crescent triangles for each pocket.
  • 10 take the laughing cow cheese and spread it on the other four of the crescent triangles.
  • 11 take the remaining honey mustard mixture and spread evenly on each of the remaining crescent triangles.
  • 12 divide the filling from the pan amongst the four crescent triangles that you covered with the honey mustard mixture.
  • 13 sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken filling.
  • 14 cover the chicken filling with the crescent triangle that has the laughing cow cheese on it.
  • 15 pinch the top and the bottom together to close the crescent dough.
  • 16 add a small hole in the top of the dough for a vent.
  • 17 bake for 13-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Cabbage On Tomato Sauce

  • 1 green cabbage, chopped coarsely
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Recipe

  • 1 place spices and garlic in tomato sauce.
  • 2 then place the cabbage in a microwaveable safe dish.
  • 3 pour the tomato sauce over top of the cabbage.
  • 4 microwave for 7-9min or until your liking.

Baked Chimichangas

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb smoked deli turkey, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder (i also mix in other spicy spices as the mood strikes me)
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded (i used the bagged coleslaw mix)
  • 1 -2 chipotle chile in adobo, depending on desired level of spiciness
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (optional) or 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 yellow tomatoes, seeded and chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salsa (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine turkey and chili powder (and other seasonings, if using). add cabbage, chipotles, tomato sauce, and scallions. toss filling to combine well. season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 place tortillas in a kitchen towel and place in microwave. microwave 1 minute on high.
  • 4 to build the chimichangas, place one of the tortillas on a flat surface. sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese near one edge of the tortilla. pile 1/4 of the filling on top. tuck sides up and roll tightly. repeat with remaining tortillas, cheese, and filling.
  • 5 line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (do not do this if you are using a toaster oven. apparently foil can wreck the oven). brush a thin layer of oil over the foil (if using a toaster oven, brush the oil directly on the baking tray).
  • 6 place chimichangas on prepared sheet. brush lightly, but completely, with oil.
  • 7 bake until wraps are deeply golden, about 15-17 minutes.
  • 8 serve with sour cream, cilantro, tomatoes, and salsa, if desired.

Choc-peppermint Slice

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g good-quality dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
  • 150 g butter, melted, cooled
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • green food coloring

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180°c grease a 3cm-deep, 18cm x 28cm (base) slab pan. line with baking paper (see note).
  • 2 make base: sift flour and baking powder together into a bowl. stir in brown sugar. add butter and mix until well combined. using the back of a spoon, press mixture into prepared pan. bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden. remove from oven. reduce oven to 170°c
  • 3 make filling: place condensed milk, caster sugar and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until butter and sugar have melted. reduce heat to low. cook for 10 minutes. remove pan from heat and stir in peppermint essence. add a few drops of food colouring and stir to combine.
  • 4 pour filling over base. bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is just set. allow to cool completely.
  • 5 place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. microwave on medium (50%) for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, until almost melted. stir until smooth. spread chocolate over the cooled slice. stand slice in pan for 1 to 2 hours or until set. cut into pieces and serve.
  • 6 notes & tips.
  • 7 lining a slab pan: lightly grease the base and sides of a slab pan, paying particular attention to the two short ends. cut out a sheet of baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at each long side. use the overhang to lift slice from pan in one piece.

Cheesy Nacho Dip Aka "pumpkin Dip"

  • 8 ounces bar cream cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can skyline original chili
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • tortilla chips, for dipping

Recipe

  • 1 soften cream cheese in microwave until spreadable.
  • 2 spread on bottom of either an 8x8 baking dish or fondu pot.
  • 3 pour chili over top of cream cheese.
  • 4 add sharp cheddar cheese on top.
  • 5 you can either bake it in an 8x8 baking dish for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees or layer in a fondu pot and heat till bubbly.
  • 6 top with sour cream as served to taste.

Baked Coconut Shrimp

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple or 2 tablespoons mango jam or 2 tablespoons preserves

Recipe

  • 1 1. preheat oven to 425°f line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and spray with olive-oil cooking spray.
  • 2 2. rinse shrimp and set aside. in a plastic ziplock bag, combine panko, coconut, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. shake to mix, then set aside.
  • 3 3. put flour and egg in separate small dishes. in batches of five, dredge shrimp in flour, then dip into egg. shake gently in the bag with the coconut mixture until coated.
  • 4 4. place breaded shrimp on the baking sheet and lightly coat with cooking spray, then bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are firm to the touch and coconut begins to brown.
  • 5 5. combine chili sauce and jam in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. heat over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, or on high in the microwave for 30 seconds. stir, then serve with shrimp.

Bourbon Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 chocolate crumb pie shell
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 pints coffee ice cream
  • sweetened whipped cream or cool whip
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon

Recipe

  • 1 soften the vanilla ice cream in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, then spread it evenly in the prepared crust.
  • 2 top with half the bourbon fudge and half the pecans and freeze for about an hour.
  • 3 soften the coffee ice cream, and spread over the now firm first layer.
  • 4 mound the coffee ice cream in the center as necessary.
  • 5 top with the rest of the fudge and pecans.
  • 6 decorate with whipped cream and cover loosely.
  • 7 freeze overnight or at least four hours and serve with warm fudge sauce to make the sauce combine first 5 ingredients in a microwaveable bowl and microwave about 3 minutes, whisking every minute or so.
  • 8 when the mixture has thickened somewhat, whisk in last three ingredients.

Creamy Boursin Macaroni And Cheese

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 5 ounces boursin cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 9 ounces mozzarella cheese or 9 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 ounces baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook the pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water over high heat until al dente, about 9 minutes.
  • 2 meanwhile, heat the broiler to medium. place the boursin and cream cheese in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook, mixing well, until the cheese melt and form a sauce (or microwave in a bowl, 1 1/2 minutes). drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 c pasta water. return the pasta to the pot, fold in the melted cheese mixture, pasta water and the mozzarella until well combined. stir in the spinach just until incorporated.
  • 3 pour mixture into a buttered baking dish, 8 to 9 inches and 3 inches deep. sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and parmesan; broil until golden brown, about 3 minutes.

Cheesy Melba Toast Recipe

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 12 tablespoons miracle whip
  • 12 melba toast

Recipe

  • 1 place 12 melba toast on a baking pan.
  • 2 preheat oven to 400.
  • 3 spread 1 tbsp whipped dressing over each melba toast.
  • 4 grade chedder cheese.
  • 5 top each melba toast with enough cheese as desired.
  • 6 cook for 5 to 10 minutes in oven or until cheese is melted.
  • 7 note. you can also try vegetable melba toasts, or cooking them on a plate in the microwave until the cheese melts.

Creamy Asparagus Risotto

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 10 stalks asparagus
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 chop 7 stalks of asparagus into nice bite sized pieces. coarsely chop half onion. crush or press garlic clove.
  • 2 take remaining asparagus stalks and steam in microwave. add one cup of water to asparagus and blend until smooth.
  • 3 in a dutch oven on the stove top, combine olive oil, garlic, chopped asparagus and onion. cook on medium heat until ionions are clear.
  • 4 add rice and stir.
  • 5 stirring constantly, add one cup of broth. mix until it is totally absorbed by rice. repeat with second and third
  • 6 then add all of aparagus/water mixture. stir until mostly absorbed and add final cup of broth.
  • 7 when about half of the broth is absorbed, stir in salt, pepper and cheese. continue cooking until mixture has reached desired consistency.
  • 8 could easily replace chicken broth with vegetable broth for a vegetarian alternative.

Baked Chocolate Pudding (gluten-free)

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, at room temperature (4.5 oz)
  • 2/3 cup icing sugar, sifted (confectioners sugar or powdered sugar)
  • 1 1/2 cups finely ground hazelnuts (hazelnut meal or almond meal) or 1 1/2 cups almonds (hazelnut meal or almond meal)
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa, sifted
  • 50 g dark chocolate, grated
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup instant fine polenta (corn meal)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 125 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pouring cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 160ºc or 140°c fan forced.
  • 2 grease well 6 x 3/4 cup large muffin pans or ramekin pots.
  • 3 beat the butter with the icing sugar in a bowl until light and creamy.
  • 4 add the ground hazelnuts, cocoa and chocolate. mix lightly until just combined.
  • 5 add the eggs one at a time, beating well between additions.
  • 6 stir in the dry polenta and the milk.
  • 7 spoon into the prepared bakeware and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
  • 8 for the sauce:.
  • 9 combine the chocolate and the cream in a heatproof bowl and stir over a pan of simmering water until the chocolate has melted. serve the pussings drizzled with the chocolate sauce. you can use the microwave to melt the chocolate and cream- though be careful not to zap for too long.

Chocoholics Crunch

Ingredients

  • 180 g butter
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup self raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 put butter in small bowl. cover with paper.microwave it on medium (50%) for 2 & a 1/2 minutes, until it melts.
  • 2 put cornflakes,coconut and sugar into a bowl in a bowl then sift in flour & cocoa.
  • 3 add melted butter and mix well.
  • 4 press firmly into greased 20cm dish. microwave on medium high (90%) for 5 minutes.
  • 5 ice with chocolate icing while still warm.

Cottage Cheese And Egg Muffins With Cheddar

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 in mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan, flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, egg beaters, and water. mix until well combined, then gently stir in ham, sharp cheddar, and green onions.
  • 3 spray muffin cups with non-stick spray or olive oil, or spray foil muffin cups.
  • 4 divide batter between six muffin cups.
  • 5 bake muffins 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top and set. (if you're going to be microwaving later, bake for 25 minutes; if eating immediately, bake for 30 minutes.).
  • 6 muffins can be refrigerated and reheated in microwave. be careful not to microwave too long or they will get tough.

Carmallow Corn

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts popped popcorn, we usually use pre popped and buttered (i'm sure it would be fine with fresh plain popped corn, it just won't be as buttery)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 stovetop: place butter in a pot and melt on medium heat.
  • 2 add sugar and heat while stirring until sugar dissolves and comes to a boil (make sure it does not scorch, stir often) let boil one minute.
  • 3 take off heat and add 1/2 of marshmallows, stir and then add remaining marshmallows, stir until melted (turn heat on med/low if you need more heat to melt them-be patient, do not boil-).
  • 4 place 1/2 popcorn in a 3 quart or large container and pour 1/2 carmello mix on top, add the rest of popcorn and carmello. mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • 5 microwave: place brown sugar and butter a large microwavable bowl, microwave for 2 minutes on high.
  • 6 add one cup marshmallow and stir; cook one minute more.
  • 7 add remaining marshmallow an cook one more minute, stir until dissolved and creamy.
  • 8 immediately pour over popped corn and combine with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • 9 if desired, with buttered hands form into popcorn balls immediately.
  • 10 enjoy.

Christmas Crunch Bars

  • 1 cup rice krispies (red and green)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 put 1 cup of rice krispies (red and green) in a bowl and set aside.
  • 2 in a small bowl add 1 cup of chocolate chips and microwave until melted.

  • 2 melt cocoa butter in microwave in a glass container. add dry ingredients to melted cocoa butter. add essential oils.
  • 3 pour in ice cube trays or small molds. place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  • 4 store in glass jars or plastic bags. keep cool.
  • 5 note: what you are getting is melted cocoa butter that has solidified with the baking soda and citric acid binding it together. the molds you choose won't matter like they do for bath bombs. but -- don't make the molds too big or you are are going to waste product and your bath will be a sludge. i found ice cube trays that are shaped like little balls. you don't want any more than 1 - 1-1/2 tsp of product per cube. i have found that ikea sometimes has really cute ice cube trays shaped in stars, hearts and circles with holes in the middle. or.if you can get your hands on them -- candy molds would work very well, you would just need more for your bath.

  • 250 chocolate

  • 2 place the jaffas in a bag (thick plastic is best, line a zip lock bag). use a meat mallet to break them into halves and quarters, either is fine.
  • 3 in a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate and butter. melt in the microwave (stir every 20 seconds) until just smooth. cool for 5 minutes.
  • 4 stir in the sugar and flour. fold in the jaffas.
  • 5 spread into prepared tin, bake at 180oc for 30-35 minutes, the top should be just firm to touch. let stand for 15 minutes (it will continue to cook while in the pan, so don't over cook it or they will be dry).
