- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam or microwave cauliflower until very soft.
- 2 mash with potato masher or in food processor.
