Best Flourless (almost) Chocolate Cake

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 200 g good quality chocolate, not less than 60 percent. cocoa
  • 14 tablespoons butter
  • 7/8 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 5 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 break chocolate and cut butter into small cubes and place it all in a bowl, place in a microwave oven and dissolved until the chocolate and butter is smooth.
  • 2 mix in sugar. add one egg at a time and stir. add a tablespoon of flour and mix well again.
