Best Flourless (almost) Chocolate Cake

- 200 g good quality chocolate, not less than 60 percent. cocoa
- 14 tablespoons butter
- 7/8 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 5 eggs
Recipe
- 1 break chocolate and cut butter into small cubes and place it all in a bowl, place in a microwave oven and dissolved until the chocolate and butter is smooth.
- 2 mix in sugar. add one egg at a time and stir. add a tablespoon of flour and mix well again.
