Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 cup water or 1 cup skim milk
- sugar (to taste) or sugar substitute (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 whisk cornmeal and cocoa in a bowl with water.
- 2 microwave on high for 3 minutes stirring every minute.
- 3 let cool for five minutes.
- 4 enjoy!
