Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 12 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper.
  • 2 in a large skillet, heat oil.
  • 3 add egg mixture and cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
  • 4 stir in cheese and ham.
  • 5 spoon egg mixture down the center of each tortilla and roll up.
  • 6 serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze in a resealable freezer bag.
