Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 16 ounces powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 microwave chocolate in a small bowl on high for 1-2 minutes.
- 2 stir until smooth.
- 3 cool for about 5 minutes.
- 4 add sugar, butter, and vanilla.
- 5 slowly beat in milk.
- 6 if you want thinner frosting add milk a tsp at a time.
