Cinnamon-nutmeg Butternut Squash Pancakes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
- 2 cups butternut squash
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
Recipe
- 1 heat up the squash in a microwave and blend until smooth, creating the pureé.
- 2 sift dry ingredients.
- 3 mix wet ingredients.
- 4 add dry mixture to wet mixture.
- 5 cook like you would a regular pancake!
