Creamy Onion-smothered Lamb Chops (microwave)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops, tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk (or more to thin sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons a.1. original sauce
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 slash edges of lamb chops.
  • 2 combine flour and sage.
  • 3 dredge chops in flour.
  • 4 place in casserole with tenderloin inside.
  • 5 top with onion.
  • 6 whisk soup, milk, bouillon, steak sauce and remaining flour until smooth.
  • 7 pour over chops, coating all.
  • 8 cover and microwave at 30% for 15 minutes.
  • 9 turn and rearrange chops and push beneath sauce.
  • 10 cover and microwave 15 more minutes at 30%, then let stand for 10 minutes.
  • 11 skim off excess fat and serve.
