Coffee Shop Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 line an 8" square pan with foil. butter the foil and set aside.
- 2 place pecans in a microwave-safe pie plate. microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute; set aside.
- 3 in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, milk, coffee, cinnamon, and salt.
- 4 microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 1/2 minutes, and stir until smooth.
- 5 stir in vanilla and pecans.
- 6 immediately spread into the prepared pan.
- 7 cover and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- 8 remove from pan; cut into 1" squares.
- 9 cover and store at room temperature.
