Apricot Raisin Bread (bread Machine)

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 1 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 heat cold milk for 30 seconds in the microwave; hold eggs under tap water for a minute to warm.
  • 2 add ingredients according to your manufacturer's directions.
