Ingredients

- 6 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 heat 5 cups of milk in the microwave until hot.
- 2 mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch with the remaining cup of milk.
- 3 when milk is heated. slowly beat the egg mixture into the hot milk.
- 4 microwave pudding for 2 minutes at a time until mixture is thickened and creamy.
- 5 chill and serve.
