Apple-cinnamon Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons nonfat chicken broth
- 6 lamb loin chops, thick cut
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling, divided
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 spray large skillet with nonstick spray. add broth to skillet and heat over med-high heat. add chops and brown on both sides.
- 2 remove from skillet.
- 3 combine half the apple pie filling, the lemon juice, bouillon granules, and cinnamon in slow cooker and mix well.
- 4 place chops on top ; cover and cook on low heat about 7 hours.
- 5 spoon remaining filling into a bowl and heat in microwave until warm.
- 6 serve with chops.
