Apple Wedges With Cinnamon Cream

Ingredients
- 1 small apple, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/3 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (or a natural sugar substitute)
Recipe
- 1 toss the apples in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
- 2 whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. microwave for 30 seconds.
- 3 place the apple wedges on plates with the cinnamon cream. dip and enjoy!
