Apple Wedges With Cinnamon Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (or a natural sugar substitute)

Recipe

  • 1 toss the apples in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
  • 2 whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. microwave for 30 seconds.
  • 3 place the apple wedges on plates with the cinnamon cream. dip and enjoy!
