Apple, Banana, Oatmeal Treat For One

Ingredients

- 1 granny smith apple (peeled and cubed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (i use 8th continent light vanilla)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix cubed apple with lemon juice and 1/4 tsp cinnamon, making sure apple is covered evenly.
- 2 cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- 3 remove from microwave and add sliced banana.
- 4 put aside.
- 5 in separate bowl combine oatmeal, soymilk, and the other 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- 6 mix well and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- 7 combine apple, banana mixture with oatmeal. add chopped walnuts.
- 8 enjoy.
