Chocolate Mug Cake

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 -4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 caramels (optional) or 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, mix to combine all ingredients except caramels/ chocolate chips.
  • 2 pour mixture in a regular sized coffee mug.
  • 3 drop caramels/ chocolate chips into batter.
  • 4 microwave on high for one and a half minutes. if cake is not done, microwave for an additional 30 seconds or till done.
