Chocolate Eclair Cake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) boxes french vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (16 ounce) box graham crackers
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar hershey's fudge topping
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar red maraschino cherries
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 mix pudding according to pie directions.
  • 2 stir in tub of cool whip until creamy.
  • 3 in a 9 x 13 pan line bottom with graham crackers.
  • 4 pour half of pudding mix on crackers.
  • 5 top with another layer of crackers.
  • 6 pour in rest of pudding mix, top with crackers.
  • 7 heat hot fudge topping enough to be able to spread it ( about 1 min,stir,1 minute in microwave)
  • 8 decorate top with cherries.
  • 9 refrigerate over night before serving.
