Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) boxes french vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) box graham crackers
- 1 (16 ounce) jar hershey's fudge topping
- 1 (16 ounce) jar red maraschino cherries
- 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
Recipe
- 1 mix pudding according to pie directions.
- 2 stir in tub of cool whip until creamy.
- 3 in a 9 x 13 pan line bottom with graham crackers.
- 4 pour half of pudding mix on crackers.
- 5 top with another layer of crackers.
- 6 pour in rest of pudding mix, top with crackers.
- 7 heat hot fudge topping enough to be able to spread it ( about 1 min,stir,1 minute in microwave)
- 8 decorate top with cherries.
- 9 refrigerate over night before serving.
