Burnt Almonds In The Microwave

Ingredients

- 200 g almonds
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a glass or ceramic microwaveable dish mix all ingredients stirring to make sure everything is mix well. do not use a plastic dish for this because it gets hot and melts.
- 2 microwave for 4 minutes at 600 watts.
- 3 take out and stir.
- 4 put back in the microwave for another 2 minutes.
- 5 take out and spread an a sheet of foil to cool off.
