Ingredients

- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup rice
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 crumble chicken bouillon cube into water and microwave for 2 minutes, or until mostly dissolved.
- 2 pour into pot and add butter and rice.
- 3 bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- 4 cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5 fluff rice and salt to taste, if desired.
