Creamy Tarragon Peas & Onions

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 cups pearl onions, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 cup half-and-half

Recipe

  • 1 put 1 tablespoon of butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
