Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can broccoli cheese soup
  • 16 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked minute rice
  • 6 -8 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 (8 ounce) box chicken in a biscuit crackers (crushed into fine crumbs)

Recipe

  • 1 melt the soups and velveeta in microwave until smooth.
  • 2 stir in broccoli and rice.
  • 3 pour miixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan or glass baking dish.
  • 4 stir cracker crumbs into melted butter.
  • 5 sprinkle bread crumbs over casserole.
  • 6 cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 7 uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or untilcasserole is golden brown.
