Cincinnati Super-bowl Dip

Ingredients
- 15 ounces chili, cincinnati-type, canned
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (not "lite" or low-fat types)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 spread the cream cheese on a microwave-safe plate, then top with the chili and shredded cheese.
- 2 microwave on high just until most of the cheese is melted (about 45 seconds).
- 3 sprinkle the top with the minced fresh cilantro and serve with italian bread chunks or mexican chips.
- 4 enjoy the ballgame!
