Cincinnati Super-bowl Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chili, cincinnati-type, canned
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (not "lite" or low-fat types)
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 spread the cream cheese on a microwave-safe plate, then top with the chili and shredded cheese.
  • 2 microwave on high just until most of the cheese is melted (about 45 seconds).
  • 3 sprinkle the top with the minced fresh cilantro and serve with italian bread chunks or mexican chips.
  • 4 enjoy the ballgame!
