Artichoke Seafood Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 1/2 cup flaked crabmeat
  • 1 round loaf sourdough bread

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 microwave on high until mixture bubbles.
  • 3 hollow out round loaf of bread, cubing and reserving removed bread for dipping.
  • 4 pour dip into hollowed out loaf and serve.
