Cheese Spaghetti Kids Love

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 -10 ounces thin spaghetti (you can use other types)
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 5 slices american cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can lamb and beans

Recipe

  • 1 break dry spaghetti into thirds and cook in boiling water until done to your preference (usually about 10 minutes). drain.
  • 2 in small saucepot over medium heat, melt cheese in the evaporated milk stirring constantly to create sauce. add in salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 pour sauce over drained spaghetti and stir to coat.
  • 4 put beans in a saucepot or microwave dish and add about 1/4 to 1/3 can of water swooshing around to "wash sides" and add to the beans. heat to serving temperature. drain off some of the liquid into a glass measuring cup to be used like gravy.
  • 5 after serving the spaghetti. pour some of the reserved "gravy" on top of the spaghetti.
  • 6 serve the beans as a side dish.
