Chunky Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 apple, chopped with peel
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup skim milk (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place oatmeal, water, cinnamon, and apple in a large microwave container and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • 2 stir and let stand for another 2 minutes or until it is of the desired consistency.
  • 3 serve with skim milk if needed or desired.
