- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 apple, chopped with peel
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup skim milk (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place oatmeal, water, cinnamon, and apple in a large microwave container and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- 2 stir and let stand for another 2 minutes or until it is of the desired consistency.
- 3 serve with skim milk if needed or desired.
