Bittersweet Chocolate Truffles Royale - K

Total Time: 4 hrs 18 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 3 hrs 18 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) packages bittersweet baking chocolate, divided
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Recipe

  • 1 chop 1 pkg. (6 squares) of the chocolate; set aside.
  • 2 bring cream to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat; remove from heat.
