- 1 cup basmati rice, cleaned, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons bombay biryani masala
- 1/4 cup green peas (optional)
- 1/4 cup peeled and finely chopped carrot (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put everything in a microwave-proof bowl.
- 2 microwave on high power level for 16 minutes.
- 3 remove, fluff with a fork and serve hot accompanied by plain yoghurt on the side.
