Baked Glazed Ham With Raisins

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs cooked ham
  • 1 cup dry wine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brandy

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 remove rind from the ham and score the surface if the fat is reasonably thick.
  • 3 place the ham in a casserole dish and pour on the wine and water, then arrange the raisins and butter around the meat.
