Carrot Bake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb carrot, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 on stovetop or in a microwave oven, cook carrots until tender.
  • 2 place in a 1-qt baking dish; set aside.
