Banana Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup kashi cereal
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 cup water or 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 bring water/milk to boil.
- 2 add oats, cook 2 minutes.
- 3 add banana and pumpkin, cook addition 1-2 minutes.
- 4 season to taste with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.
- 5 stir in kashi cereal.
