Caramel- Cream Cheese Frosting

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 1/2-2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

Recipe

  • 1 combine the caramels and 1 tsp.
  • 2 of the milk in a medium glass bowl.
  • 3 microwave on high power for 1 1/2-2 minutes; stir until smooth.
  • 4 using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, blend in the cream cheese, then the powdered sugar, a little at a time.
  • 5 add 1/2-1 tsp.
  • 6 additional milk to reach desired spreading consistency.
