Chocolate Low-carb Cookies

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 1 1/3 cups chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons soy flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or skim milk if you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup almonds (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter and cream cheese in microwave add splenda and stir until smooth mix in remaining ingredients add nuts, if using. bake at 325 for 9-11 minutes.
