Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 600 g plums, stoned and halved
- 50 g caster sugar
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a microwave safe container and stir well.
- 2 cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few times to let steam escape.
- 3 cook on high for 6-7 minutes.
- 4 discard cinnamon quill.
- 5 can be kept up to 7 days in airtight container in fridge.
- 6 *nice with yoghurt or muesli.
