Champagne Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coleman's dry mustard
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup champagne vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the dry mustard and sugar till combined.
  • 2 stir in the eggs one at a time till all are added.
  • 3 add the champagne wine vinegar and mix well.
  • 4 cook over double boiler stirring till thick.
  • 5 store in the fridge.
