- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Recipe
- 1 put raspberries in a microwavable bowl.
- 2 add rum.
- 3 cover raspberries and rum with chocolate syrup.
- 4 microwave 20 - 30 seconds, enough to thaw raspberries.
- 5 mash and combine thoroughly with a spoon.
- 6 pour over ice cream.
