Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam or microwave asparagus until soft. process in food processor, leaving some texture. blend with remaining ingredients. bake at 350 degrees f for about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
