Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 melt butter and cream cheese in microwave about 30 seconds or so, enough to soften cream cheese.
- 3 add both corns, muffin mix and eggs, mix well.
- 4 pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.
- 5 bake for 40 minutes. bake until golden brown.
