Cornbread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 melt butter and cream cheese in microwave about 30 seconds or so, enough to soften cream cheese.
  • 3 add both corns, muffin mix and eggs, mix well.
  • 4 pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.
  • 5 bake for 40 minutes. bake until golden brown.
