- 1/4 cup kellogg's all-bran cereal
- 1/4 cup puffed kashi
- 1/4 apple, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients and serve cold. or microwave cereals and milk on high for about a minute, then add in the cinnamon and apples to serve hot.
