Apple Cinnamon Crunch Cereal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla soymilk
  • 1/4 cup kellogg's all-bran cereal
  • 1/4 cup puffed kashi
  • 1/4 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients and serve cold. or microwave cereals and milk on high for about a minute, then add in the cinnamon and apples to serve hot.
