Ingredients
- 1 slice whole wheat bread (cubed)
- 1 egg
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 apple (cubed)
Recipe
- 1 in a microwave safe mug, place cubed bread and apples.
- 2 mix together 1 egg, egg , skim milk,syrup, and cinnamon.
- 3 pour mixture over bread cubes and apples.
- 4 microwave for 2 minutes (times will vary).
- 5 get a fork and enjoy!
