Banana Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat soymilk, calcium-fortified

Recipe
