Cornflake Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 14 medium peeled and cubed potatoes
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
• 4 cups grated cheese
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 2 tablespoons butter (1 cube)

Recipe

• 1 boil potatoes until soft.
• 2 mix with all but cornflakes and butter.
• 3 cook in a baking pan at 400 for 50 minutes.
• 4 melt butter and mix with cornflakes.
• 5 spread evenly over potatoes.
• 6 cook for 15 minutes.remove from oven.
