Cheesy Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

- 10 -12 chicken thighs
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 1 bag plain doritos
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in water in dutch oven on stove, medium heat.
- 2 add salt, pepper and onions to your liking.
- 3 cook chicken until it is falling off the bone.
- 4 cut up the velveeta cheese, melt and mix with green chilies and soup in another pan or even in the microwave.
- 5 crunch up your bag of doritos and set aside.
- 6 when chicken is done, remove chicken from the bones and place in baking dish, cover with cheese mixture.
- 7 top with crushed doritos and bake on 400 for 15 mins or until doritos are turning a golden brown.
