Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 chocolate chips can be melted in the microwave, over a double boiler, or over very, very low heat in a small skillet.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
- 3 chill until firm, about 2 hours.
