Ingredients
- 30 g rolled oatmeal
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium banana
- 1/3 cup soya milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 cut the apple and banana in small pieces and put them in a microwave bowl.
- 2 add the oatmeal, soy milk, water and cinnamon and stir.
- 3 cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
