Apple-ricotta Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 inch) whole grain tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chunky applesauce
  • cinnamon (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 spread ricotta cheese in the middle of the whole grain tortilla.
  • 2 top with applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. roll up.
