Ingredients
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 6 ounces dried coconut, toasted
Recipe
- 1 toast coconut until lightly browned in a 350 degree oven.
- 2 melt chips in microwave for 1 minute.
- 3 stir, and continue melting and stirring until chips are thoroughly melted and smooth.
- 4 stir in cranberries and coconut until well dispersed.
- 5 drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper.
- 6 let cool and store in refrigerator.
