Cocoa Mocha Pie

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 ounces milky way bars, divided
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 -3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust or 1 (9 inch) chocolate crumb crusts

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop four candy bars.
  • 2 place in a microwave safe bowl or double boiler.
  • 3 add milk and coffee granules.
  • 4 heat and stir until melted and smooth.
  • 5 place ice cream in a bowl.
  • 6 fold in mocha mixture.
  • 7 spoon into crust.
  • 8 freeze.
  • 9 remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
  • 10 cut remaining candy bars into 1/2 inch pieces for garnish.
